Prices don’t range very much this time, going from $1455 – $1658 for a half beef. When you purchase bulk beef from Barham’s Ozark Beef, you get to customize your cuts. These will be ready the week of August 12. Free local pickup and paid delivery are available. The weights shown are a rough estimate. The weight assumes you keep all your cuts and offals. The actual weight can vary quite a bit based on the cut instructions.
