Customized Half Beef – $400 Deposit

A customized half beef consists of approximately 185 - 225 lbs. of beef and costs between $1,500 - $1,800. The pricing is 100% based on the hanging weight of the beef. Your non-refundable deposit of $400 secures your order for the next available half beef. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Within a day or two of placing your order, you will receive a phone call from our team to walk you through your customized cut options. A half beef includes steaks, ground beef, roasts, etc. A half beef will fit in a 9 cubic foot freezer. The final price will be known once processing begins. Our team will contact you once the price is known.

Pricing: Barham’s Ozark Beef is available at $5.35 per pound (hanging weight) plus a 2.75% sales tax. We've seen prices range from $1,300 - $2,000 for a half beef. The price we quote you includes the USDA inspected beef, processor's fee, and sales tax. Free local pickup is available in Conway, AR. Home delivery is available with a 250-mile radius of Conway for a nominal fee of $0.50 per mile from our Conway location.
