A Customized Half Beef consists of approximately 185 - 225 LB of beef. Barham’s Ozark Beef comes from our cows, who are fed a steady diet of sweet potatoes, chopped corn, and improved pasture. Raised and processed in humane conditions, the high-quality beef you receive reflects the care and dedication of our rancher, Charlie Barham, from his 500-acre ranch in Ozark, Arkansas.

The Customized Half Beef costs between $1,800 - $2,500. The pricing is 100% based on the hanging weight of the beef. Your non-refundable deposit of $400 secures your order for the next available half beef. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Within a day or two of placing your order, you will receive a phone call from our team to walk you through your customized cut options. A half beef includes steaks, ground beef, roasts, etc. A half beef will fit in a 9 cubic foot freezer. The final price will be known once processing begins. Our team will contact you once the price is known.

Pricing: Barham’s Ozark Beef is available at $8.00 per pound (hanging weight) plus a 2.75% sales tax. We've seen prices range from $1,800 - $2,500 for a half beef. The price we quote you includes the USDA inspected beef, processor's fee, and sales tax. Free local pickup is available in Conway, AR. Home delivery is available with a 250-mile radius of Conway for a nominal fee of $1.00 per mile from our Conway location.
