Go ahead and act like the driest meat known to man is tasty for one day, so you don’t hurt the feelings of the person who prepared it. Your stash of Barham’s Ozark Beef will be smiling from the freezer, waiting its turn to show off for your family. You get one day of turkey, ONE DAY! Then it is back to beef!
