The Beef Snob Nation is continuing to grow, which forces us to continue to improve our offerings to you! First, our next Shop the Trailer event is tomorrow, Saturday, February 24, at Haynes Ace Hardware in Conway from 10am-2pm. We have plenty of steaks, roasts, briskets, and many other cuts in stock. This weekend’s weather is perfect for grilling and smoking outside!
You can now order individual cuts of meat on our website! Now… it’s not pretty. Since there are so many options, we will need time to go through each product and create product descriptions. Please note that the number of items in stock for individual cuts represents the number of pounds that are available for that cut. The bottom line… it’s not a perfect system, but it’s what we have for now. Delivery and local pickup are available for individual cuts just like the bulk beef options.

We’ve heard lots of great feedback about the taste of the sticks, but now the health-conscious Beef Snobs are commenting the sticks are as healthy as they are tasty. We’ll continue to ramp up production of the sticks. At some point this year, we’ll look at adding one or two more flavors.
