Funnel cakes, fried twinkies, everything on a stick… and beef?
That’s right, folks… dreams do come true! Beef Snobs will be invading Toad Suck Daze this weekend in Conway, Arkansas (May 5 – 7) for our all-natural; sweet potato, chopped corn, and grass fed; humanely raised; pasture raised; USDA inspected beef. Barham’s Ozark Beef will be set up in the Market at Parkway Crossing – corner of Oak and Parkway. The Market at Parkway Crossing will feature a variety of locally sourced goods and products. Additionally, The Market at Parkway Crossing will host programming that includes artists and artisans, craft brewing and food demonstrations, yoga classes, “how to” workshops for kids and adults, and much more.
What will you find at the home Beef Snobs built? The very popular Beef Snob Sampler and Mini Beef Snob Sampler; individual cuts of steaks, roasts, and comfort cuts; plus, our famous ground beef. Festival goers can also order a customized whole beef, half beef, or quarter beef on site, which would be available within the next 45-60 days.
