Pricing: Barham’s Ozark Beef is available at $4.25 per pound (hanging weight) for December, but will increase to $4.50 for January. The last four cows we processed had hanging weights of 511, 540, 577 and 625 pounds hanging weight. We accept payment in many different forms. Let us know the format that works best for you.
Below is the order form used by our processor, Cypress Valley Meat Company. You can customize your cuts for each quarter beef you order. All orders are inspected and USDA certified.
