Available Bulk Beef for February 2023

We processed six whole beef for our February 2023 customers. Delivery and local pickup will be available the week of February 6. This month’s hanging weights range from 508 lbs. to 814 lbs.! That’s largest range we’ve ever had, so plenty of pricing options for you to consider. Below is the five-step process to place your order:

Step 1: Start your order with a deposit on a whole beefhalf beef, or quarter beef.
Step 2: Fill out your customized your cut sheet for your whole beefhalf beef, or quarter beef. (If purchasing a whole beef, fill out two half beef cut sheets)
Step 3: Text or email Ed Linck with which hanging weight you prefer from the list above – (501) 733-4801 or ed@beefsnob.com. Include your first and last name with your message.
Step 4: The remaining balance is due prior to pick up or delivery. Final payment can be made by credit/debit card, Venmo, Cash App, cash, or check.
Step 5: Your Barham’s Ozark Beef will be delivered to your door at an agreed upon time. Free local pickup in Conway, Arkansas is available.

NOTE: The ones with hanging weights of 647 lbs., 731 lbs., and 814 lbs. were deemed by the USDA inspector to be at or over 30 months old at processing, so T-bones, the oxtail, and beef neckbones (anything touching the spinal cord) are not available with these. Instead of T-bones, you’d receive NY strips and tenderloin. If we have oxtail or beef neckbones in stock at delivery, you are welcome to it!
